Dr. Celina Ogah

I am a pharmacist with teaching and research experience in analytical and medicinal chemistry. My research focus is on pharmaceutical impurities and food and environmental contaminants because of their potential for human health hazards and interaction with drug therapy. These research activities involve analysis of drugs, food, personal care products and environmental media to determine compliance with regulatory standards and safety limits. I have published scholarly articles in this area and related topics with the intention to stimulate stricter regulatory action that will help to minimize human exposure to toxic chemicals. My goal is to contribute to improvement of human health through safer drugs, food and environment.
